I ordered a keyboard from the company's German website, which clearly indicated it was an ISO layout. Both the product preview and the order confirmation confirmed this. However, I received a Japanese JIS keyboard, which is notably different in layout and usability. After reaching out to customer support with a screenshot of the product page, I faced a long wait for a response. When I did hear back, a representative even suggested I had altered the screenshot, which was completely unprofessional. Eventually, the company acknowledged errors on their website and admitted that similar cases had occurred, yet they refuse to pay for return shipping, insisting I return the keyboard to China at my own cost. They offered only a partial refund and a set of keycaps, which does not address the main issue. This is especially frustrating as I had previously enjoyed a different product from them purchased through another platform. Overall, while the product quality can be good, the misleading information, poor communication, and lack of accountability are disappointing. I cannot recommend purchasing through their German website.
