Misleading Product and Poor Customer Support

I ordered a keyboard from the German website of the company, which was clearly advertised as having an ISO layout. The product preview and the official order confirmation confirmed this. However, I received a Japanese JIS keyboard, which is quite different in layout and functionality. After reaching out to the support team with a screenshot of the product page from my purchase day, I faced a long wait for a response. Eventually, a representative even accused me of having 'photoshopped' the screenshot, which was completely unfounded and unprofessional. In further communication, the company acknowledged that: there was an error on the German website, other customers had similar experiences, the product listing has since been corrected, and Japanese keyboards are no longer available on the German site. Despite these admissions, the company still refuses to cover the return shipping costs. I am expected to send the keyboard back to China at my own expense, despite having made the purchase through the German site, which falls under German consumer law. As a so-called resolution, only a partial refund (10%) and a set of keycaps were offered, which does not address the main issue. This is particularly disappointing as I had previously bought another keyboard from the company via a different platform and was very satisfied with the quality. This makes the handling of this situation even more perplexing. In conclusion:
While the product quality is good, the misleading presentation, poor communication, and lack of accountability when problems arise are concerning. I cannot recommend purchasing through the German website of the company at this time.

They offered only a partial refund and a set of keycaps, which does not address the main issue. This is especially frustrating as I had previously enjoyed a different product from them purchased through another platform. Overall, while the product quality can be good, the misleading information, poor communication, and lack of accountability are disappointing. I cannot recommend purchasing through their German website.

Warranty Issues Not Respected

I've owned my keyboard for a few years, purchased directly from the company's UK website. My Q6 QMK ISO (Knob version) developed LED issues just before the warranty expired. After emailing them, their response came months later, after the warranty had lapsed, denying my replacement request. I ended up purchasing two new PCBs for £150, and less than nine months later, both have similar LED issues. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against this company due to their lack of quality control and disregard for unresolved issues.

Decent Build Quality, but

I bought a K2 HE a few months ago. The build quality feels solid, and it sounds good. However, it stopped working after a few months without heavy use, and I hadn’t unplugged it. I contacted customer service, who were quite responsive and helpful, which was a small silver lining. After some back and forth and a lot of effort on my part, they offered a PCB replacement. Given the price, I expected a more reliable product.

Unacceptable Support Experience

I successfully placed an order for a keyboard and received confirmation. However, two days later, I was informed by support that they could not ship to my location, despite the website stating otherwise. Now, over a week later, I am still waiting for my refund.

Poor Experience with the Company

Very disappointing experience. I would advise against ordering a keyboard directly from their website due to their nonexistent customer service. After six days of waiting for shipping details, I finally received a refund. Their responses are slow and often miss the questions I ask. I would not recommend buying directly from this company.

Terrible Company Experience

I ordered a keyboard but received a mini pressure washer instead! Customer support is nonexistent and I’m now forced to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds. This company appears to be a front for a Chinese importer. If you want a keyboard, buy from a UK retailer or another platform for easier returns.

Inadequate Customer Support

I faced issues with my Keychron Q6 Max, as keypresses were repeating. After the usual troubleshooting steps, I was told to replace the PCB. Once I received the replacement, disassembling and reassembling the keyboard was a long process, and now the stabilizers are misaligned, causing other keys not to sit properly. I reached out again for a replacement or refund but was offered a minimal refund instead. My emails have since gone unanswered. It's disheartening, as I genuinely love the keyboard otherwise. I would caution anyone in Europe about purchasing, as products seem to be shipped from outside the EU, complicating returns.
