I've owned my keyboard for a few years, purchased directly from the company's UK website. My Q6 QMK ISO (Knob version) developed LED issues just before the warranty expired. After emailing them, their response came months later, after the warranty had lapsed, denying my replacement request. I ended up purchasing two new PCBs for £150, and less than nine months later, both have similar LED issues. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against this company due to their lack of quality control and disregard for unresolved issues.
