I bought a K2 HE a few months ago. The build quality feels solid, and it sounds good. However, it stopped working after a few months without heavy use, and I hadn’t unplugged it. I contacted customer service, who were quite responsive and helpful, which was a small silver lining. After some back and forth and a lot of effort on my part, they offered a PCB replacement. Given the price, I expected a more reliable product.
