I faced issues with my Keychron Q6 Max, as keypresses were repeating. After the usual troubleshooting steps, I was told to replace the PCB. Once I received the replacement, disassembling and reassembling the keyboard was a long process, and now the stabilizers are misaligned, causing other keys not to sit properly. I reached out again for a replacement or refund but was offered a minimal refund instead. My emails have since gone unanswered. It's disheartening, as I genuinely love the keyboard otherwise. I would caution anyone in Europe about purchasing, as products seem to be shipped from outside the EU, complicating returns.
