However, I received a Japanese JIS keyboard, which is quite different in layout and functionality. After reaching out to the support team with a screenshot of the product page from my purchase day, I faced a long wait for a response. Eventually, a representative even accused me of having 'photoshopped' the screenshot, which was completely unfounded and unprofessional. In further communication, the company acknowledged that: there was an error on the German website, other customers had similar experiences, the product listing has since been corrected, and Japanese keyboards are no longer available on the German site. Despite these admissions, the company still refuses to cover the return shipping costs. I am expected to send the keyboard back to China at my own expense, despite having made the purchase through the German site, which falls under German consumer law. As a so-called resolution, only a partial refund (10%) and a set of keycaps were offered, which does not address the main issue. This is particularly disappointing as I had previously bought another keyboard from the company via a different platform and was very satisfied with the quality. This makes the handling of this situation even more perplexing. In conclusion:
While the product quality is good, the misleading presentation, poor communication, and lack of accountability when problems arise are concerning. I cannot recommend purchasing through the German website of the company at this time.
