Avoid. We had a very unpleasant experience with this agency.The shuttle did not arrive at the scheduled pickup time. When we called, they said they would send it again, but it drove past very quickly and my husband had to run after it and stop it. The driver said she didn’t stop because she didn’t hear us, which was surprising given the closed windows and loud music.At the office, we were treated impatiently and asked to sign that we were responsible for the car despite having insurance. When the agent tried to place a hold on the wrong credit card, my husband muttered something to himself out of frustration. The agent claimed he cursed her (which even her colleague said was not the case) and refused to give us the car.We had to arrange another rental at the last minute, which cost us extra money, time, and a lot of frustration.We later saw many recent reviews describing similar experiences and wish we had seen them before.
