In addition to terrible customer service, I was charged €40 simply for wanting to return the car 15 minutes before their opening hours. After returning the car, I was then suddenly informed that I had caused damage to the left front bumper.The “damage” they referred to was already listed and documented in the damage report and photos from before I received the car. Despite this, I was charged just under €500 for the same pre-existing damage. When I pointed this out via WhatsApp, I was simply blocked instead of receiving a proper response.As others have also written: cheap rental prices, but it appears their business model is to charge customers for damages that do not exist, or that were already there, in order to make extra money. I clearly cannot recommend this company.
