Do not use this company, they are a scam operation designed to charge you for non existent "damages" to cars. Their staff refuse to give names when we tried to dispute these charges and were extremely unprofessional and rude! If you have been unfortunate enough to book with them please document every inch of the vehicle (they will tell you only 2cm or bigger scratches but I have just received a 445 euro bill for a 1cm pre existing "scratch")
