I rented a muni cooper convertible from Keygo rent last week.It was the secind time I had rented with them.All was ok, retrieval of the car on arrival was quick, until I said I preferred not to prepay the gas. At that point I was told I’d have to fill up on gas on my return at a gas station within 5kl of their office and get a receipt to present to them as proof. They assured me there were several gas stations close by.On returning the car, I passed the last gas station on the highway and didn’t fill up because it was more than 5kl from their office. We arrived at their office and decided to keep driving around to find a gas station with no luck. When we entered ‘gas station’ into google maps it took us down a dead end road. We went back to the office and asked them where the nearest gas starion is and they said “its close by, google maps will take you there”Also on returning the car after 6 days of use to the mountsin villages snd the beaches,( beautiful!!), they said the car was dirty and charged me 66 euros to clean it. Pretty unbelievable! There was a very small amount if sand in the back seat but otherwise it was perfectly clean, what a car would look like after 6 days of use by three people. I didn’t realize the detail cleanibg was now a responsibility of the client. I’ll never rent with Keygo again.
