We collected our vehicle off site from Alicante airport after being given incorrect pick up point information. It was late at night, insufficient lighting outside and contract didn’t come through straight away. The car exhibited a lot of scratches, dents etc including the side trim out. Upon returning the car a dent was spotted on the underskirt, so small it doesn’t even show up on the picture taken by him. Despite not causing this damage and with no prior picture, we was charged €220.In an effort to resolve the issue, I made multiple attempts to contact the rental company, seeking an explanation or resolution, unfortunately they have gone unanswered.I advise caution when using their services, particularly if you opt out of their insurance.
