Was given wrong location to wait at the airport, causing an initial 30 minute delay. Further delay when collecting the vehicle as not many staff. Took 1.5 hours to collect car. First child seat was dirty, second was clean - neither had isofix. Vehicle was very beat up despite having only 30k miles on the clock, 10+ areas of damage, and missing interior trim in places. Good was that price was low and I was not charged any extras.
