Review Time
Ordered some items early December, I knew with the holidays it would take longer to get here. But I received an email saying they shipped a few days after. I didn’t receive the items until more than a month later. These items are coming from China. When I did finally receive them, the sizes were all wrong. Very misleading on their website as I measured my dogs carefully and followed what their size charts stated. Spoke with their customer service, and they were very attentive, but they expected me to ship the items back to China. The cost of shipping it back was more than the items itself. Not worth the shipping time and if you don’t get the right size you’re basically out of luck. Kept offering me a discount, but I would never buy another product from here again.
I ordered a christmas gift on 12/8.Its been a month and still havent received yet. I contacted the rep multiple times and they just keep on making excuse why its not shipped yet. Never ordering from them again. Ruined my christmas gift, wasted my time, its a nightmare.
Key Krate is awesome. The prices are very affordable and the quality is AMAZING!! The Fendi sweater arrived neatly packaged and fit my French Bulldog perfectly. Customer service was phenomenal with very fast responses. I’m actually about to place another order and I can’t wait to see all my fur babies in Key Krate dog fashion wear.

Purchased stuff on the Black Friday sale, the deals were too hard to resist, I ended up getting a few hoodies and a leash for my little one, the hoodies fit great and he loves them, and the leash is stylish and great quality. Fast shipping, great products and great customer service. You can't go wrong!
Grabbed a few items from the website, they just arrived and the quality is great! The fit is also a great fit for the dog! There was some issues with the shipment being delayed, but it was well worth the wait, they accommodated me and also went above and beyond to make sure my customer experience was a good one.Would highly recommend to others!
