Ordered some items early December, I knew with the holidays it would take longer to get here. But I received an email saying they shipped a few days after. I didn’t receive the items until more than a month later. These items are coming from China. When I did finally receive them, the sizes were all wrong. Very misleading on their website as I measured my dogs carefully and followed what their size charts stated. Spoke with their customer service, and they were very attentive, but they expected me to ship the items back to China. The cost of shipping it back was more than the items itself. Not worth the shipping time and if you don’t get the right size you’re basically out of luck. Kept offering me a discount, but I would never buy another product from here again.
