Please do not place any orders and give any of your money to Keykrate @keykratedogs .. It is a SCAM! I placed an order on November 30th and it was cancelled WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! I received a message on December 11th notifying me that my order was cancelled and that an issue would be refunded. The refund was NEVER issued!!! I contacted them the following day, December 12th via direct message on Instagram because they do not respond to their emails & have no contact phone line! Through Instagram direct message, they said “emails were sent out explaining why mass orders were cancelled.” An “email” that was never received. They also told me that the refund was processed and would take 1-3 business days. They then tried to SCAM me AGAIN BY offering an incentive of 50% off for my next order. Thinking that I would be fooled again to place another order for them to STEAL my MONEY. Today, December 19th I still have NOT received my money back for an order that was placed November 30th!!!! I contacted them again and they said it could be an issue with the “payment processor,” but told me “not to worry” stating I would be receiving the refund. Still waiting for this refund!! I took the next step and contact my bank and they mentioned that accounts like these get away with doing this all the time. @keykratedogs is a SCAM & FRAUDULENT account! I HAVE WRITTEN PROOF AS WELL!During this business holiday season, it can be easy to forget to check your bank accounts and any refunds. @keykratedogs is a SCAM and was probably hoping that I would forget about this refund. I truly hope other friends with fur babies DO NOT go through the same thing! Please spread the word to all your friends! REPOST THIS ON YOUR PAGE & ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS!
