Instead, I was instructed to download and execute an activation file, which was not clearly specified at the time of purchase.Unfortunately, the activation process did not work. The code provided appeared to have already been associated with multiple devices, and I was unable to complete the installation successfully.Out of caution, I removed the software after experiencing system instability following the activation attempt.I contacted customer support to explain the situation and requested assistance. While I received a response outlining general digital product policies, my specific issue — that the product could not be activated as expected — remains unresolved.I am still open to a constructive resolution and would be willing to update this review should the matter be addressed appropriately. Until then, I believe it is fair to advise potential buyers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
