I recently purchased what was listed as a Microsoft Office license from Keytive. Based on the product description, I expected to receive a standard activation key. Instead, I was instructed to download and execute an activation file, which was not clearly specified at the time of purchase.Unfortunately, the activation process did not work. The code provided appeared to have already been associated with multiple devices, and I was unable to complete the installation successfully.Out of caution, I removed the software after experiencing system instability following the activation attempt.I contacted customer support to explain the situation and requested assistance. After so many years using MS 365 I thought I would switch to own the software outright however the MS office you sold me requires a login or creating an account with Microsoft. You should have pointed that out on your website that MS login is required prior using any Office docs. Very disappointing and never again.
I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus (PC) and they sent me a key that was already used too many times and could not be used any more. I wrote to them and within 24 hours they sent me a regular key. I also bought Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (Retail) which only activated Windows 10 and not the PRO version.
