Buyer beware there is no one who will or can assist with a location as most franchise do not have to follow corporate rules. It’s sad that KFC would allow a small franchise to damage your name. As of 3pm I still.have not received a promised callback from store locationEmailed CEO Ryan Koon and Brian Watson for assistanceJust received Ed a callback from Supervisor with an update yes you correct they still can't assist as the billing is done by third party who do not have correct info even though I have submitted this info on a daily basis. She will submit again and the nightmare continues...have you ever heard of a company who cannot give their name which I may need for follow up. Nothing makes sense with this location There scam is billing and keeping customer funds living its not there issue......sad location
