My wife and daughter went to KFC in fort saskatchewan Alberta and ordered an 18 piece meal when they home they discovered that pieces of chicken that should have been in were replaced by drum sticks instead of centers and ribs they called back and were told to drive back and get it exchanged ,this is the third time this same thing has happened since it reopened after renovations I think we will not be going back to this store because service really has dropped below standards and the workers are rude

Barrie Ontario. Problem with Bayfield location with no resolution even after trying to get resolution through Corporate customer service dept. Buyer beware there is no one who will or can assist with a location as most franchise do not have to follow corporate rules. It’s sad that KFC would allow a small franchise to damage your name. As of 3pm I still.have not received a promised callback from store locationEmailed CEO Ryan Koon and Brian Watson for assistanceJust received Ed a callback from Supervisor with an update yes you correct they still can't assist as the billing is done by third party who do not have correct info even though I have submitted this info on a daily basis. She will submit again and the nightmare continues...have you ever heard of a company who cannot give their name which I may need for follow up. Nothing makes sense with this location There scam is billing and keeping customer funds living its not there issue......sad location
Went to the Coverdale KFC on Friday night, By far the worst service , had deteriorated and will never return. After many years of going to this location and seeing it decline to the state it is today. I will never go back to this location again. Ordered a 14 piece bucket with sides , was to by server they only had dark meat ready. He kept on trying to tell me they only had dark meet and I should take it. I repeatedly informed him , I did not want only dark meat. Finally I was told it would be 30 mins and I would have to wait until the cook was completed for fresh chicken. Paid the order and was not provided receipt. The clerk just walked away and ignored myself and other customers Food quality was the worst I have ever tasted from KFC as it was super salty. I was not the only dissatisfied customer. A gentleman came in and he had been waiting longer than I had been. The parking lot had at least six customers from drive thru who were still waiting in the lot for their orders when I walked out. They appeared to be displeased with the staff member who was talking with them in the parking lot where they were told to wait. Extremely poor attitudes of staff, worst service possible, they do not care about customers, disorderly, disrespectful and disorganized. Avoid this location and go elsewhere if you really have a craving for KFC. After many years of going to this location and seeing it decline to the state it is today. I will never go back to this location again. I will go to different location if my family really wants KFC
Dear KFC Team,I am writing to share my frustration regarding the difficulty of purchasing a KFC gift card in Langford, BC. On December 19, 2025, I visited the KFC location in Langford specifically to buy a gift card. The staff informed me that they do not carry gift cards and suggested I try Thrifty's. I then checked Thrifty's, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Walmart, but none of these retailers had KFC gift cards available either.It was extremely disappointing to find that, unlike other fast food brands, KFC gift cards were not available at your restaurant or at major local retailers. I ultimately had to purchase a gift card for a different brand, which was not my preference.I hope you will consider making KFC gift cards more accessible in-store and through local retailers, as this would greatly improve the customer experience.Kind regards,Femmie Rivard
Ordered food for 20:15....then told its going to be 20:20-20:45......Now saying 20:05-2025.It's now 20:45!!! Tried ringing the resturant...surprise surprise no one picks up.....Guess the Monkeys who work there are on a banana break.....terrible service...no one to talk to and if the food gets here gonna be stone cold...How do these companies get away with diabolical service?????
KFC used to be a treat to me, but it was awful the last time. The chicken was overly greasy, the skin wasn't crispy, and simultaneously, the meat felt dry. The fries tasted old, like they'd been sitting there for a while.Trying to mention it at the counter, all the staff did was shrug, like they couldn't care less. No apology, no offer to fix. For a big brand, I expected much better. I don't think I will be going to this KFC anytime soon.
