Ordered $50.00 worth of Chicken from KFC Vancouver, 1147 Davie Street.The driver DOES NOT buzz up, he calls me and asks me, did you write in the instructions that the elevator does not work? I said Yes. He says "do you really expect me to walk up 10 flights of stairs? I said yes, people do it all the time. He laughed at me. Then said, "my ankle" hurts. It is very clear he has no ankle issues, he lied. I know this as he delivered food to my friends place who also has no elevator. His ankle was fine that day. His job is to deliver food to customers, and he gets paid to deliver food. Before he took on my delivery the instructions were very clear to take the stairs.He should not be working if he has a injury. KFC should make sure their drivers are in good health, as climbing stairs is common practice in the west end of Vancouver.I actually am handicapped with a disability placard, and i take the stairs in stride.I waited over an hour for food, and its 8pm ..
