I had a terrible experience with my order placed through a delivery service. I ordered four chicken fillets, two portions of chips, a Pepsi Max, and a white chocolate cookie. Instead, I received three cold fillets, no chips, and a Tango Orange, with the cookie being half-eaten. After trying to call about twenty-nine times, I finally reached the manager, who blamed the delivery service, despite the fact that they don't prepare the orders. He then hung up on me when I pointed that out. Completely unacceptable.
