On two occasions this past year, I've received a 6-piece takeout meal instead of the 10-piece meal I paid for, only realizing it once I got home. It's the same location, and after the first incident, I confirmed with the cashier that there were indeed 10 pieces, but I was still shorted. This is extremely frustrating and highlights poor customer service.
