Didn't receive food from delivery after place order in KFC apps. Delivery person took order from One Utama mall and never call whereby the remarks stated to call. Location,unit and block has been stated clearly in the info but didn't recieved our order which stated delivered. Call customer service line but no one answering the whole day. Could anyone attend to the call. What kind of service provided?
