Review Time
Ordered a Kfc York Blossom street via deliveroo. This store doesnt give customers a mix of different chicken cuts, seems to only sell chicken legs now. A family bucket bought recently practically was all legs. As I was just buying for myself this time a three piece box I requested in the notes no chicken legs. What did I get two chicken legs and the third piece was practically a lump of bone and coating. Staff clearly dont read the special requirements box, all I can say is its a good job it wasnt a allergy issue. Wont be going anymore now. Foods is disgusting.
I purchased a zinger combo at montrose KFC on february 27th 2026, my order arrived 1hour & 23mins later, i asked for a spicy thigh & received a breast also i asked for a banana drink and got pepsi, plus i asked for an extra large fries and they charged me for 2 regular fries....im highly upset. While speaking to the person who was taking my orders they had no manners & spoke aggressively. The driver also talked as though he had no training, i was trying to contact the driver back but he wouldnt pick up. Please teach KFC workers how to communicate & how to take the orders right....😠😠
I ordered ahead of time, so it would be a quick pick up. I went through the drive through to pick up as I had two toddlers sleeping in the car. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. This is super long at a small town KFC. There was only two cars ahead of me. And by the looks, they only had one small bag each. This is just ridiculous. This isn't the first time. It has happened before- guess that was the last straw. Won't be going back.
Mate you’d think they was racing a snail by how slow they work, never had a nice bit of food apart from one worker who freshly cooked chips, plenty of seasoning, and got chicken. Such a shame
Perhaps the worst KFC in the Netherlands. Repeatedly leaves orders ready for pickup - for +1 hour. Food arrives cold. Wrong deliveries are standard. When they forget half the order, they just refund and refuse to deliver - or pick up the phone.
I do not write bad reviews but i had my husband pick up a meal at Scottsburg IN. KFC with Original chicken, fries, biscuits and nuggets. The chicken was so tough and old it was inedible, the nuggets and fries were old, greasy and cold but edible, the biscuits where old and hard. I just had surgery so didn’t have my husband leave again to return but it’s hard to pay for something that is inedible!
Day before yesterday i placed an order at the larkana branch but received my order cold and unfresh. Fries were soggy zingers were smelt chicken tasted stale. Completely ruined the experience. Not worth the money this time. I ordered KFC expecting hot and fresh food, but unfortunately the food arrived cold and unfresh. The chicken had no crispiness and the fries were limp. Very disappointing service.
Scamming in the store!! They Never have chicken. Staff is rude and unorganized. Tonight after placing an online order i was told they didnt have my order. Then they said they could give me original. I told them I ordered crispy and that the notification said it was ready at 704pm. I was told that it was irrelevant that my order ready because they had 6 orders ahead of mine. They kept trying to push original chicken on me but I ordered crispy. I told them I would wait. The dreaded guy seemed pissed. I waited 30 more minutes, went back in the store and was told they were just dropping crispy. I ask for a refund and they refused my request. The chicken that fries chicken said well since you ordered through the app you will have to get your refund from the app. I went to the car called the KFC line told them what happened who then transfered me to another number who never picked up. After 22min I hung up. I want my money back. I want the store under new management and a brand new staff. All of them looked high and unorganized. 1hr and 22 min, no food, and no refund
Placed a DoorDash order well before closing time at KFC 5852 (5852 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60636). The restaurant had over an hour left in their shift and flat out refused to make the food.
This was not a one-off either. The Google reviews show a pattern of this exact behavior. Early closures, ignored orders, and staff simply not doing the job they are being paid for.
This location is damaging the KFC brand. If corporate will not address it, customers will keep walking.
Avoid this store entirely. Not worth the time, frustration, or money.
here is the correspondence I have had with Unhelpful KFC today, make your own mind up folks... I asked KFC if they would extend my £10 voucher as it runs out in 18 days…. Hello, I have a voucher and I was wondering if I could have it renewed for a bit longer as it runs out in 18 days, every time I go to KFC I forget to use it, and when I tried online earlier it didn't register for some unknown reason'

Thank you for your reply. I have to say, I’m quite disappointed with this response ,it feels rather mean-spirited that KFC can’t offer a small gesture of goodwill on a voucher that doesn’t really cost the company anything.
I only asked for a little extra time so it could be used for someone’s birthday in May. I deal with companies like Amazon regularly, and they’re always happy to make small exceptions for loyal customers , it’s good customer service and leaves a positive impression.
Unfortunately, this experience highlights the unhelpful side of KFC’s policies, and I’ll be mentioning it in my reviews to reflect how rigid and unaccommodating the brand can appear.
