KFC store located at 8221 W. Broward Ft. Lauderdale Florida has always done a Fantastic Job in taking care of customers. I’ve been coming to this location for years, bypassing one that is closer to my home because of her customer service. I always request freshly grilled chicken and General Manager Shamaneshia Williams has “ALWAYS DELIVERED” service without hesitation and with a smile. If I had to rate her managerial skills.., I’d rate her 10 out of 10!!!I
If more managers accommodated customers requests, their ratings would improve…tremendously! Thank you… corporate should mirror her behavior and attitude….Job well done!!!
