I made an online order at 5 this evening for pickup at 6:30 and I was there to pick up my order and I told them KA was my mobile order they didn't ask for a name so they handed the wrong order out. When I went back around I was told they didn't have an order for Kaela so I went in and I was told they found my order so I had to wait another 30 mins on my order that was placed at 5 and it was almost 6:40 ish when I finally got it. I ordered a BBQ meal that had the sauce on the side so I paid extra money for something I had to sauce myself so it needs to let people know that it's sauce your own chicken. The attitude I got was very very unprofessional. Rudeness doesn't make people come back!!!
