Runcorn KFC is an absolute joke. The restaurant is filthy. Staff unhelpful and I have never had a good experience here. The drive through once refused me a bucket of chicken without gravy because they had ran out of gravy to not give me!? I didn’t want the gravy!? But they wouldn’t give me the chicken because the didn’t have any!? Today I ordered a delivery via Just Eat and the driver wanted me to go to him to collect my meal from the car park?? Delivery!? DELIVERY!?
