I love when staff is making fun of customers, yes I came in quite late, but it does say that they are still working, then I see them scavenging for pieces of chicken for my order and laughing at me, additionally I asked to look at ingredients in English as I have an allergy but I was laughed at again and told that the menu is in English even though it was just the name, very unhappy with staff and their team members, paid full price as well. One of the staff members, was like “Seriously?” they wanted me to hear it but too coward to say it to me

They suck chicken bad hard fries stale hard chicken pink all inside we didn't like it at all but bought some more that suppose to be fresh it tasted the same instead of them.offerring it free so we paid double for not one but ,3 stale old meals that's not not good customer service but we shouldn't expect any different every time we go to Kentucky on Buckingham they always disappoint us they food suck !!!! And tell me why the skin on the original chicken looked to dry not moist like original skin look I hope wish and pray they close this place and put something else right there I think they are a Karen..
I was scammed by an Advertisement on Facebook of KFC it showed that you can get a meal instead of 25.63 , 1.95 Euro without noticing when I clicked proceed to payment that it got me to another website to make the payment for named Vacayfuntime.com and they charged me 2Euros and said that I got a subscription that I never asked for bunch of Scammers.
Okay, I.brought some chicken they had forsale, it tasted really delicious, and the drinks where occasionally too high for a 20 Oz, for $3.40 , I kind of think it was a mishap.Because I use too work for there, and it's a great place to work,I would have doubled checked, to make sure we don't lose our costumers. In all great presentation matters when negativeness don't.
My sister, her husband and my son went to KFC Neunkirchen on 27.12.24. Son had a kids chicken tender meal, my sister had a vegetarian meal and her husband had the zinger burger meal. All came home and after a few hours were violently sick with food poisoning. Considering they hadn't eaten anything else, it was very obvious they all had the same issue. What is shocking is that my sister obviously didn't have meat, she had a vegetarian meal. So clearly the cleanliness of the place is disgusting as there must be some cross contamination involved. Will never be eating there again.Phoned the next day to let the KFC restaurant know that they may need to be aware of more cases of food poisoning and got a very aggressive, defensive answer from the restaurant manager, who didn't seem to take this seriously.
I bought an 8pc bucket meal at KFC in Livingston, TN. USA, in March of this year. Once I got the meal home, which was 30 miles away. I opened it up, I went to plate it out for my wife and myself and mother-in-law. We noticed the thigh, breast and even the leg was RAW. On the inside. The outside of those pieces were a doughy white color, like they had been packed tightly together and cooked, not allowing the hot oils to reach the entire chicken during the cooking process. Temp of the thigh and breast internally was 88 degrees. It was bloody and looking almost completely raw next to the bone. Needless to say, we couldn't eat it. We wasted $38.00 on that meal. Not to mention wasting over an hours worth of time and gas expense to drive and get it. When I contacted KFC corporate to complain and offer picture evidence, even. KFC said I would receive a voucher for a replacement meal. As of today, I have never received anything. So I called them back today, over 2 months later. They start out offering me a $5.00 voucher, each time, during the same call, that I did not agree to be satisfied with their offer, the representative would increase the voucher offer by $5.00 increments. When he got to offer a $25.00 voucher, he said then, that would be the final offer. So I begrudgingly accepted the offer for a $25.00 voucher. Thinking, "at least I will get part of the cost back." Now, once that was all said and done he said he would now report this issue to the proper person in request of a $25.00 voucher. I told him it was awfully crappy of them not to at least offer to cover the entire cost of the meal , which was $38.00, including extra sides, biscuits and so on. Trust me, when you open up a box of chicken and it's raw! That ruins the entire meal. Turns your stomach straight sick. So now, 2 months later I'm still waiting on a satisfactory outcome to compensate me driving 30 miles, spending $38.00 and then driving 30 miles back home. The local owner even called me and said he would make sure I was reimbursed for the meal. But no one has ever done anything, Yet. No reimbursement or refund or anything else. I doubt they will send a dollar or else they would have already done so, instead of keeping on lying to me. So if you order from this specific Kentucky Fried Chicken in Livingston, TN., you might want to thoroughly check your Chicken before leaving the restaurant. Or you could be completely out of luck on receiving a good thoroughly cooked meal, at a time when your really looking forward to it. This is the second time, this raw chicken issue, has happened in less than a year at this same restaurant location.
I’ve been a regular customer at KFC, and I must say, the new update of the app in Germany has significantly enhanced my dining experience. The convenience of browsing the menu and ordering food while commuting is a game-changer. It allows me to efficiently use my time, making the process of getting my favorite meals quicker and more enjoyable as soon as I arrive at the restaurant. This has been a fantastic improvement, and I really appreciate the effort put into making our lives easier and our dining experiences more pleasant.That being said, there’s a minor hiccup that I hope can be addressed in future updates. Each time I open the app, I’m required to log in, which can be a bit cumbersome, especially when I’m in a hurry. It would be great to have a „Remember Me“ option or a more streamlined login process to maintain the app’s efficiency and user-friendliness. Also it would be great if the images of the menus could have a larger font.I’m looking forward to this improvement and am excited to continue enjoying the excellent service and delicious food at KFC. Keep up the great work!
