I had an appalling experience at a fast-food restaurant today. We entered around 17:00 and placed our order through a self-service kiosk. After realizing I forgot to add coleslaw, I asked if I could add it now. The staff told me to go to the register, where the cashier insisted I pay full price for it, even though my meal was still on the counter. I explained why this was unfair, but the staff remained dismissive. When I asked to speak to the manager, I received the same condescending response. The chicken we received was burnt and dry, far below the expected standard. This experience has made me question the quality control across the brand. After this, I will never buy from this fast-food restaurant again.
