I encountered one of the most frustrating experiences at a fast-food restaurant in May 2025. My order disappeared from the screen after a few minutes, marked as 'completed,' even though nothing was served. We waited 25–30 minutes for a simple order, approached the staff and management twice, but received no explanation or apology. The company ignored my efforts to reach out for months. When they finally responded, their 'compensation' was a discount card that only works in the Netherlands for a limited time, despite knowing I live in Germany. They knowingly sent me something I couldn't use. I explained why this was unacceptable, and their response was: 'We can only offer a discount card.' And lastly: 'We will consider your feedback.' This is a clear example of a company trying to mask poor service with generic responses. There was no accountability, no real solution, and a lack of customer care. Honestly, after this experience, I'd rather go hungry than waste my time at this fast-food restaurant. An establishment where orders vanish from the system and are delivered late, with management aware, is not trustworthy. This isn't just a one-time issue. It's a systemic failure, backed by management and confirmed by their own responses. Deeply disappointing and definitely not recommended.
I ordered the Cajun Turkey at a fast-food restaurant and appreciated the clean bathrooms and festive atmosphere. However, when I picked up the turkey, the experience was disappointing. A male staff member made me uncomfortable as I entered the store. The female staff yelled at me over the phone to pick up the turkey immediately or it would go in the freezer. Upon arrival, I asked if the turkey was safe to eat, but received no clear answer. It felt like I was being ignored. Where was the professionalism? In my opinion, this brand has significantly declined.
