I have been a client of the company on the lettings side for several years and can confirm their letting services are commendable. However, the property management side is utterly lacking. I often have to find my own contractors because the company seems to hire the most expensive ones who charge unreasonable fees and provide inflated estimates. The property management team appears either incompetent or disinterested in understanding the issues reported by tenants, leading to unnecessary emergency fees on my account for matters that clearly aren't emergencies. In the end, I've had to manage everything myself, even as an overseas landlord.
