I was assured by the management team that the issue was resolved and my duplicate payment refunded, only for it to happen again within six weeks. I submitted a formal complaint a week ago but have received no response, and after 10 calls today, no one is willing to take my call. I was satisfied with the service provided by the company until six months ago. It has since become a service not worth paying for, as the back office is in complete disarray and no one seems willing to take responsibility. If you are okay with unauthorized charges deducted from your account, this is the service for you; otherwise, seek a better lettings agent.
