I have been a client of the company on the lettings side for many years and can confirm their letting services are commendable. However, the property management aspect is completely inadequate. I often have to seek out my own contractors because the company tends to hire the most expensive ones, charging unreasonable fees and providing inflated quotes. The property management staff seem either incompetent or unmotivated to grasp the issues reported by tenants, resulting in emergency call-out fees for situations that clearly do not qualify as emergencies. Ultimately, I find myself managing everything on my own, even as an overseas landlord.
