If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been a total nightmare. I paid a deposit for furniture with a promise of delivery in 2 weeks, clearly stating to an employee that I needed the items urgently due to moving into a new house. The delivery was confirmed for that timeline. When I followed up, I was told they would 'chase the supplier.' Eventually, they informed me that delivery was delayed until mid-January — nearly TWO MONTHS later than promised. It gets worse; they attempted to push alternative mattresses on me instead of the three I specifically selected in-store. I was adamant about my choices, but they kept insisting on other options. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. In a later communication, they contradicted themselves, claiming delays were known after taking my deposit. Why weren't they upfront about that? When I requested a refund, they provided a vague email address and insisted I write formally, which felt unnecessary given their inability to fulfill my order. After my request, they offered me 'freebies' instead of simply refunding my money. I received a slow out-of-office reply stating they were closed for the holidays, even though their store was open. They also sent an undated letter from their supplier about delivery delays, which is irrelevant to me since I purchased directly from them. They are clearly scammers. Their positive reviews seem either fabricated or coerced. I’m now pursuing legal action. AVOID this company if you value your time and money!
