Frustrating Customer Service Experience

The local dealership has failed to fix a fault on my vehicle after three attempts. They’ve had it for over 4 weeks and blame the delays on the central technical team, suggesting I contact them for assistance. There is only one customer service number, and it just takes messages without follow-up. I’ve left three messages and sent an email, but received no response. While the car may not be bad, any issues are a nightmare, so I advise steering clear.
