Terrible Experience with the Service

My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. The support team was unhelpful regarding my vehicle's navigation system, which failed. They refused to honor the warranty and only provided a new SIM card that I had to pay for, but it came without any maps loaded. I would strongly advise against making a purchase!

What went wrong! KGM, a regrettable choice with shockingly poor service. I cannot recommend them after my experience with their brand regarding my vehicle. The sat nav failed, and they refused to address it under warranty. They provided a new sim card (which I had to pay for) but didn’t load any maps onto it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Disappointing Experience with My Vehicle

I bought a vehicle two years ago with a full warranty and service package. It has been in the garage over 15 times for issues like a blown turbo, failed oil pump, malfunctioning auto lights, and broken rear cab locks. The head office shows no interest and never responds. I’ve spent over an hour redialing just to get someone on the line. Senior management won’t speak with me, and the dealership is incompetent. My vehicle has been out of service for over 45 days, costing me a lot of money in rentals. Now, I feel compelled to take legal action against the company.

Ongoing Issues Since January

Since January, my vehicle has been in and out of the garage for repairs. Issues include a corroded gearbox pipe, gearbox failure, DPF failure, turbo replacement, and oil pump replacement. I didn’t receive a proper replacement vehicle, leading to a £750 bill for a windscreen crack on the courtesy car, which wasn't adequately insured. I've missed two holidays with my caravan and my vehicle is still malfunctioning.

What went wrong! KGM, a regrettable choice with shockingly poor service. I cannot recommend them after my experience with their brand regarding my vehicle over the past twelve weeks. They seem to have significant issues with engine and transmission problems and have taken away my promised warranty after unnecessary back-and-forth with the dealership. My vehicle has a transmission leak after 37,000 miles due to early servicing at 19,000 miles without proper warning. Please protect yourself from this brand.

Turbo Issues and Engine Failure

I experienced turbo problems and engine failure on a new vehicle, with the manufacturer blaming a few thousand miles over the service for rejecting the warranty. I’ve seen multiple vehicles with the same issue on the lot. If anyone else has faced this, please reach out. They have a known fault but aren’t recalling affected vehicles. I’ve incurred a £16k bill and would never consider purchasing from this company again.

Positive Experience Amidst Negativity

Contrary to other reviews, my vehicle issues were resolved thanks to the technicians and a representative at the service center. They diligently checked my car, even taking it home for further testing. They found and fixed other faults, and after thorough testing, my issues were rectified. I am grateful to have my car back, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Persistent Software Issues

After 6 months, I am still facing ongoing software problems. The latest update has failed, and the car, only 9 months old, is under a 5-year warranty. Repeated Turbo Failures

We have 23 vehicles on our fleet. One had a turbo failure at 40k miles, taking 10 weeks for repairs, only to fail again after another 3k miles. The dealership has had it for another 11 weeks without providing a replacement. It takes an average of 60 calls to get through without being sent to voicemail. Their warranty is worthless, and customer service is nonexistent. I’ve requested callbacks from staff and management, but nothing. Is it acceptable to not fix a vehicle under warranty for over 20 weeks? Customers deserve better.
