Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This company has treated us with utter contempt. They are obstructive, unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional, leaving us with a vehicle purchased new 18 months ago that has serious multimedia system faults. It’s been 18 months of unresolved issues, and others have shared similar experiences. The 7-year warranty is useless if not honored. We feel frustrated and betrayed, and we plan to sell our vehicle as soon as possible. We want nothing further to do with them.
