I’ve never been compelled to write a review before, but I just felt I had to write this one. I ordered my dress during the black friday rush period, which I’m sure is already a high volume time for every business. When the package arrived, I was blown away at the quality of the dress and the packaging and the experience of it all. Even then, when I received it and found it to be a little tight for my comfort (entirely my bad), the team was prompt and understanding in their responses. Kayla never left me wondering about the status of my exchange, and responded to my emails right away no matter the time of day. They reserved the dress in the color and size I wanted to exchange for immediately. When my package finally made it overseas back to them and they inspected it and sent back a bigger size, Emer kept me informed at every step of the process. I had never experienced more comfort and peace of mind while sending a package back, overseas at that. The red krace dress is gorgeous and the new size fits me like a glove. I am so happy with the whole experience.
