They fabricate excuses to cover their failures and leave home buyers to bear the financial burden of repairs on a new house. For instance, in recent months, we spent thousands replacing defective, poorly installed flooring and ceramic tile that had issues. This followed over a year of inconsistent promises and visits from the builder’s staff and subcontractors, culminating in failed arbitration due to missed deadlines. They excel at deception and are not hesitant to mislead to avoid taking responsibility for problems in their newly built homes. They support poorly performing subcontractors rather than the home buyers.
