I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Khuda Baksh.
I placed an order and had it shipped locally to a friend. My friend then brought the outfit overseas to me. When I finally received the package, I discovered that the wrong item had been sent.
I contacted customer service by email to resolve the issue. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a reasonable solution, they told me that I would have to ship the item back from the original location where it was delivered in order for them to fix the problem. This is not possible because the item is now with me abroad.
I even offered a compromise: I said I would purchase the correct item if they covered the shipping, since the error was on their end. They refused and said there was nothing else they could do.
Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, Khuda Baksh showed no willingness to take responsibility or work toward a fair solution. Buyers should be cautious when ordering, especially if the item is being shipped internationally or through someone else.
Very disappointing customer service.
I want to add that I shared my experience on their Instagram page under their posts. They keep deleting it. They could just fix their mistake instead of putting all this effort into hiding it.
