My experience is not a minor issue; it's a safety hazard and a complete failure of the company's EV reliability. My vehicle became dangerous on August 7, suddenly entering 'Turtle Mode' with severe power loss. This issue means the car can shut down unexpectedly. I contacted the dealership, but the earliest diagnostic appointment was a month later, which is unacceptable for a safety-critical fault. After multiple misdiagnoses and failed repairs, I still have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive. This entire situation is disgraceful, and the company needs to improve its diagnostics and communication urgently.
