I attended the NEC in Birmingham on Saturday, October 5th, as my car is due for a change in November, and I was interested in Kia’s electric vehicles. However, when I approached one of their representatives, she walked away from me mid-conversation. I had to go after her and explicitly state that I was interested in an electric car. Her response? A dismissive “Are ya?” as if my inquiry didn’t matter. After that unprofessional encounter, I walked away. If this is how Kia handles potential customers, I’ll stick with Audi or BMW—brands that actually value their clientele. Hugely disappointing.
