My name is Avery Lower and I have been working with upone coaching for 2 months now. The biggest challenge for me before joining was trying to guess my workouts and calorie intake but not know what I should and shouldn't be doing. Before joining I tried to do what everyone around me told me they did like "just eat more and workout more". But I ended up just putting in fat and not getting many gains where I wanted them. To anyone considering joining Upone but you're on the fence, I say the only risk is not taking the risk. I myself took some convincing to join and it took me to realize that this is an investment into myself and a better healthier lifestyle to decide that I was going to join. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision it's made me into a stronger man both mentally and physically. The confidence and knowledge I've gained is something I can apply to so many aspects of my life. So if you were on the fence and aren't sure just know we have all been there but you are your own greatest investment!
