Customer Service for this company is awful. I ordered 6 items to be delivered internationally, so I paid for the shipping. It states that it can take up to 5-8 days for dispatch, but instead they took 2 weeks to actually dispatch me my items. After messaging via Instagram I got a generic message back telling me it’ll be dispatched in a few days. Then having chased again, I was told either the same day or following day for dispatch. It got to say 12, where I had to repeatedly chase, comment under posts etc to provoke a response. I was lied too several times and ignored, quite clearly as I could see my messages showing as “Seen”. 2 emails later to their customer service email, I got a refund with no explanation. Finally having got my items, I was missing an item and had to work out what I was refunded for myself. I was so excited to be able to purchase from Kiara Sky but they just seem like they simple don’t care and don’t bother communicating to their customers properly. I got a small apology for the delay and that was it. It’s not good enough.Don’t oversell and underdeliver. I won’t be ordering again, I don’t think.
