I placed an order for their set a 17 nail drill bits. Within 24 hours I canceled the order because I realized I didn’t need it. I received an email from the Customer Service telling me my order had been canceled and then I would receive my refund within 2 to 4 days. The next day I received an email saying that my package is on its way. I emailed Customer Service again asking why the package had been sent out even though they clearly told me the order had been canceled. I was really relying on getting my refund within 2 to 4 days. They told me to call the mail service to ask if they could track down the package and send it back to Kira sky. That is obviously not how delivery services work. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to give me my refund until I rejected the package and sent it back to them. This was completely their fault in a mistake made on their end and yet I am the one being asked to go through the work to get them their product back even though they told me it wasn’t going to be sent at all. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEMAGAIN
