The service is great, they respond quickly to questions, do a detailed review of your books and you get to discuss them with a CPA. Ryan was great. So happy I gave up that other service that went under only to resurface to try and get your account back.
Kick is one of the best tools I've ever used in my life. It quite literally saved my business. I'm at the stage where I can't quite hire an accounting team but need a lot of help. The Kick platform has literally taken care of all of my needs. It's intuitive and understands the small, minute details I need to run my business. One example is that it's easy to categorize transactions that may have been captured on your personal card as business transactions. The Accounting professionals are also really nice; they took their time explaining what they were doing and answering all my questions, and they had the best attitude. Reconciling a year's worth of my books across multiple accounts is not easy, yet they did it for me at a fraction of the cost. I'm optimistic that next year I'll be on top of my books because their platform makes it easy. The Kick platform has also taken away much of the fear + mystique that comes with reconciling my books monthly and preparing for my quarterly updates.I'm glad to say I'm a Kick Customer and surprisingly get excited each quarter they bill me :)
