Their website is not functional.

Our domain is registered with the company, and while it works, their web portal fails to function properly for support or updates. This is concerning for a web hosting and technology provider. If they can't manage their own site effectively, can they really assist you? I tried to raise a ticket, but it didn't work, and calls went unanswered.

A cautionary tale for others.

I visited their office to discuss cloud services, but the experience was dreadful. I had to leave my ID at security, and I overheard unsettling information about their practices. The receptionist's attire was inappropriate, and the office had an unpleasant odor. During my meeting, I noticed inappropriate magazines and the representatives appeared intoxicated. While some technicians were knowledgeable, the lack of clarity regarding pricing felt suspicious, leading me to decide against proceeding.
