Disappointing experience with the service

From the initial inaccuracies regarding a reported issue to being informed that I must resolve it with Customs on my own, this has been my first negative experience with the company since my days as an international customer. It's difficult to believe that after many years of otherwise great service, this situation may lead to the end of our long-standing relationship.
