I never ordered this shoe and was sent wrong size! I asked them to not send the shoe and they sent it anyway. I wanted a refund and was not granted a refund. I will NEVER buy anything else from KICKS CREW! Their refund policy is the worst. They do not refund shipping costs and you incur 25 percent cancellation fee as well as 15 percent restocking fee and you must pay for shipping which means you will be oaying for the shoe again!!!
