Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

I received no replies to multiple emails and had to constantly chase for updates. My parcel was eventually confirmed as lost by FedEx, and I’m still trying to recover my money with no response from the company.

On top of that, I was hit with unexpected import taxes that were never made clear at the time of purchase. I’m now stuck trying to get my refund sorted.

FedEx has officially closed the case and confirmed the parcel cannot be located, yet I am still waiting for the company to resolve this.

Extremely disappointing service and very poor communication. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying any purchase in my life. The shipping fee was ridiculous and my fault that I caved and did it. The sneakers took about one month to get to me and then when they didn’t fit right, I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops to return something. In the end, they didn’t even let me return it, even though the sneakers were never worn. Stay away and find somewhere else to buy your goods. This place is disgusting and terrible customer service.

The shoes are great - exactly what I expected for $135. What I didn't expect was receiving the wrong size and then having to go through this ridiculous return policy, where I sent pictures twice because you don't respond until you are emailed four times. Ok, no big deal. When I finally received permission to send the WRONG item back, I received a credit for $50 - Not a refund. Not the full amount. The return policy is ridiculous, and I advise against shopping on this site. There have to be better options.

I had the worst experience ever dealing with this company, it takes over a month for them to ship your product, then once you receive them and have them authenticated they are fakes.. any shoe coming directly from overseas is a fake especially when they are in the country.. they claim like a seller is sending them the shoes but in reality they’re having them made as you order.. when you order a old pair of shoes and the sole is still icy it’s fake.. and they didn’t fit my daughter so I asked for an exchange filled out an exchange form copied everything they told me to the procedure of their company works and they just keep sending me the same email over and over again saying the same thing no updates or anything so I spent £105 and got nothing in return oh and also on top of that they wanted me to send my trainers back to them before they sent a new pair back but it was gonna cost me £56 English pounds not even a free return absolute joke never will buy off this company ever again. Avoid it all costs.

Received a pair with concerns about authenticity

I purchased a pair of undefeated 95s on release day from the seller and everything seemed fine. However, I wanted the black version, which was out of stock, so another platform provided a pair. Unfortunately, they arrived in a box covered in Chinese writing and with different bubble wrap, making them appear less authentic to me. I'm uncertain about this site now.

Disappointing experience with counterfeit shoes

I was really let down when the shoes I ordered turned out to be fake. I spent over $350, and after weeks of waiting for delivery, I was excited to receive them, only to find they weren't authentic. This experience has made me very disappointed, and I won't be purchasing from this seller again. I hope others read reviews like this before making the same mistake I did.

Incorrect Size and Poor Return Policy

The item I received was not the correct size. The support team required me to provide pictures of both the box and the shoe after I requested a full refund. I was then told that I would only receive store credit, minus restocking fees. They continued to ask for more pictures to confirm the size issue. Ultimately, it was too much trouble to deal with this service. I chose to sell the shoes I couldn't wear and accept my losses. I won't be purchasing from this service again.
